Attorney Scot Stuart Brower has been a practicing attorney since 1983. He is licensed to practice in Hawaii and Washington, D.C., including in the federal courts. Mr. Brower is an appointed arbitrator for personal injury cases and a special master for divorce cases, helping parties to find resolution.
